the river road motel is in a great spot, just a short walk from everything downtown. my room was clean and had helpful amenities like a microwave and fridge. manager sarah was super sweet and even gave me toys for my niece, which was a lovely touch!

Conveniently located near downtown, the stay provided easy access to nearby attractions, including restaurants and grocery stores. The clean room, with a surprisingly comfortable bed, exceeded expectations for a budget choice. However, the loud air conditioning unit made it tough to sleep, and a few of the towels carried a mildewy odor. Additionally, the absence of in-room coffee makers was inconvenient for morning routines, though a nearby coffee shop offered a pleasant alternative.

Great value for families!

We enjoyed our stay, as the motel offered clean rooms, friendly management, and proximity to all the local attractions. The free water park passes were a fantastic bonus for my kids, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations that made our visit convenient. However, a pool on-site would have been a great addition.

The room had a mini-fridge and microwave, which was nice. But it was super noisy from outside, and I struggled to sleep with all the commotion going on. There was also no coffee maker or alarm clock. The bed was somewhat comfy, and the bathroom was pretty spacious. Location was decent, but the noise really ruined it for me.

i stayed one night at this motel during a trip and it totally exceeded my expectations. the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. It had a microwave and refrigerator which were super convenient. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area, making it easy to explore the shops.
